The platform your organisation
actually needs.
CrisisConnect gives community organisations the operational tools they need to run better — without the enterprise price tag, the complexity, or the consultants.
Built by people who do this work
We started CrisisConnect because we ran a digital inclusion non-profit and couldn't find software that worked. So we built it — and made it available to everyone like us.
Beyond spreadsheets
Spreadsheets break down the moment you have more than one person entering data, or more than one funder to report to. CrisisConnect gives you a proper operational system without the enterprise price.
Only pay for what you use
Choose the modules that match your services. A food pantry doesn't need event management. A befriending service doesn't need a pantry till. You pick what's relevant and that's all you pay for.
Designed for small teams
Everything is built for volunteer staff and part-time coordinators — not IT departments. If your team can use a smartphone, they can use CrisisConnect.
Ten modules. One platform.
Each module is a standalone operational tool. Use one, several, or all of them — depending on what your organisation does.
Built by the founder of a digital inclusion non-profit, for organisations like his
digiConnect started life in 2023 as a digital inclusion session management app built by the CrisisConnect founder for Lets Tech Together. That same year, a household goods management concept — Stronger Together — was demonstrated to MPs, council executives, and community organisations. When NPLCC saw the funder reports digiConnect could generate, they commissioned foodConnect. The platform idea was born.
- Drop-in session scheduling across multiple locations
- Attendance tracking and volunteer confirmation
- Home visit booking and logging
- Support category and outcome recording
- One-click funder reports — no more end-of-year scrambles

Food pantry management. Built on real production data.
foodConnect was built for the Breadshed at New Pasture Lane Community Centre in Bridlington — live since February 2025. It supports both food pantry and food bank operations, with a streamlined walk-in mode for organisations that don't operate a membership scheme.
- Household member records with consent management
- Flexible pricing rules — standard and special offer periods
- Hygiene product tracking alongside food items
- SMS communications to members
- Visit history and frequency analysis
- Separate till application for touchscreen checkout
Connect with other organisations. Refer people. Close gaps.
networkConnect turns CrisisConnect from an operational tool into a network. Refer people between organisations with consent, see which services exist in your area, and contribute to regional intelligence that helps councils and funders make better decisions.
- Person records with referral consent tracking
- Network directory of member organisations
- Consent-led referral system
- Referral outcome tracking
- Regional intelligence for councils and funders
