Policy context in England

DWP’s Crisis and Resilience Fund guidance (1 April 2026; checked 27 September 2026) discusses no-wrong-door routes, informed warm referrals, understanding local provision and Community Coordination. It sets expectations for authorities and delivery partners. These priorities help explain the demand for connected ways of working; they are not an endorsement of CrisisConnect or a specification that the platform has been assessed against.
