Refund Policy
Last updated: April 2026
1. Free trial
All plans include a 30-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged at all.
2. Monthly subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance. If you cancel a monthly subscription, you will not receive a refund for the current billing period — your access will continue until the end of that period and you will not be charged again.
3. Annual subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are billed in advance for the full year. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused months of an annual subscription unless required by law. If you cancel an annual subscription, access continues until the end of the annual period.
4. Exceptional circumstances
We may offer refunds at our discretion in exceptional circumstances — for example, if there has been a significant and sustained platform outage that materially affected your use. To request a refund in exceptional circumstances, contact us at support@crisisconnect.uk with details of your situation.
5. Billing errors
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, contact us immediately at support@crisisconnect.uk. Billing errors will be corrected promptly and any overcharge refunded in full.
6. Paddle
All billing is managed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Refund requests are processed through Paddle. Paddle's own refund policy also applies and may provide additional rights in certain jurisdictions.
7. Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.
