There is no free trial, but there is no setup fee either — you pay your first month or year and can cancel at any time. If you'd like to see the platform before committing, book a demo and we'll walk you through it on a screen share.
During registration you choose one Bronze or Silver module to include free with your base plan. Bronze modules (£15/month) and Silver modules (£20/month) are all eligible. Gold modules (networkConnect — £25/month) are not included in the free module offer. For most organisations the free module will be digiConnect or memberConnect.
Yes — you can upgrade your plan or add modules at any time from your subscription page. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You can manage your subscription directly in the platform.
Staff accounts are for coordinators, managers, and paid or senior volunteer staff who need full access to the admin panel — recording data, managing members, generating reports. Volunteer accounts are unlimited on all plans — volunteers use a separate portal to confirm attendance and view their schedules.
Yes — organisations that join the CrisisConnect Network may be eligible for grant-subsidised access to the platform. Platinum plan customers receive all current and future modules at a fixed monthly price — no module decisions needed. Contact us or visit crisisconnectnetwork.org to find out more about network membership and whether you qualify.
networkConnect is the module that connects your organisation to other CrisisConnect network members — enabling referrals, shared person records, and contribution to regional intelligence. It requires network membership in addition to the module subscription. Network membership is granted by CrisisConnect on application — contact us to discuss joining.
Billing is handled securely by Paddle, our payment processor and Merchant of Record. You can pay monthly or annually (annual saves you approximately 2 months' cost). Paddle accepts all major credit and debit cards. Invoices are available from your Paddle customer portal.
Yes — you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. We don't offer pro-rata refunds for partial months or years, but you'll never be charged again after cancellation. See our refund policy for full details.
